Splash pad

The community is invited to review the City’s proposed designs for a new fully accessible splash pad installation and to offer feedback both online and during the in-person public information centre.

In November 2021, Council approved funds for the installation of the splashpad, seasonal washroom facility and sun shelter in the Merritton area following plans laid out in the Aquatic Facilities Strategy. The City is proposing the new splash pad be constructed at Secord Woods Park located beside Applewood School on Woodrow Street.
