City of St. Catharines Arena Strategy

The City of St. Catharines is undertaking an arena strategy to determine long-term arena needs. The strategy will identify arena development options taking into account investments required at existing arenas and other arena provision strategies.

Draft strategy now available - have your say!

The City has posted the draft arena strategy online HERE. Community input is critical to the process, so please ensure your voice is heard and provide additional feedback on the proposal.

There are a variety of ways we are engaging residents so they can have your say:

  • Open house: A drop-in style open house is scheduled for May 1, to present the preliminary findings and to obtain feedback from the public on the draft arena strategy before it is finalized and presented to City Council. The open house takes place from 6-8 p.m. at Port Weller Comunity Centre, 1 Bogart St.
  • Online Feedback: Please take your time to review the draft arena strategy online HERE, and share your feedback with us on our feedback form below. Residents will be able to share their feedback on the draft strategy until Friday, May 17, at 4 p.m.
