Consultation has concluded
City staff have received a petition to prohibit parking on one side of Woodside Drive. It has been submitted that parking on both sides of the street inhibits traffic flow. Staff reviewed the request and noted there are some limited parking prohibitions currently implemented on Woodside Drive. Based on the layout of the existing prohibitions, staff are proposing the following:
That the existing prohibition on the south (even numbered) side of the street through the curve remains, with parking continuing to be permitted on the north (odd numbered) side through this area; and
That that parking be prohibited on the north (odd numbered) side of the street for the remainder of the street.

In order to gauge the level of support for the proposal, we are requesting that you complete the short survey below before 4:30 p.m. on July 15, 2022.
Implementation of the parking prohibition will only be considered if the majority of survey respondents are in favour of the proposal. If the majority of respondents are opposed to the proposal, or there is insufficient feedback, no action will be taken, and the parking will remain as is.
